Why become a member?​

By becoming a member of SciencEscape, you actively support the dissemination of science to the general public through educational and engaging audiovisual projects. You help strengthen the connection between science and society by contributing to initiatives that highlight scientific research and encourage dialogue between scientists, citizens, and young audiences.

Being a member also means joining a community of committed individuals—bringing together scientists, filmmakers, journalists, communicators, and enthusiasts—who share a common vision: using the power of visual storytelling to inform, raise awareness, educate, and inspire.

Member involvement

SciencEscape members commit to participating in the association’s activities on a voluntary basis, according to their time, availability, and interests. Involvement can take many forms, including: participating in events, supporting the organization of public screenings and other events, assisting with communication efforts, contributing to audiovisual or educational projects, developing new initiatives, or helping share the association’s actions more widely.

Every contribution, regardless of its scale, is essential to the smooth running of the association and the success of its projects.

Membership fee

The annual membership fee is set at a minimum of CHF 50. It supports the association’s operations, the development of its projects, and the production of scientific content that is accessible to all.
